About the Blog

Hi there and welcome to my blog :)

My name is Karen Walker and I am the UK Creative Consultant for the Clay and Paint Factory which is based in Belguim and sold in the Uk by Clayground . I work for them on a self-employed basis however which means I am also able to offer workshops in a range of crafts as I have experience working with children, in group settings, care homes, and with special needs. If you are interested and would like more information, please have a look on my “Background” page which is linked at the side.

I will be posting tutorials, photos, videos and information on events on a range of crafts here as well. Currently my focus is on Cernit Premium Polymer Clay but there will be other tutorials coming soon as well. I will be looking at a whole range of things from jewelery making to miniatures, glass painting to card making, ceramic painting to working with clay! I will also be producing tutorials for all abilities – from beginner to advanced!

There are lots of events and craft shows coming up too which I will be at so please have a browse on the events page and see if there is anything that takes your interest.

This is a work in progress at the moment but please feel free to subscribe and you will be informed by email as posts appear.

Please feel free to like my Facebook page which is located here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Karen-Walker-Creates/213655548652650

Thanks for stopping by and I’ll hopefully see you soon.

So glad to find your blog.
I have a suggestion, which i’ll leave here since i can’t find a way to contact you more directly.
Makign a mould (mold) of a clay creation is a an oft required task. You could do an entry on this process.
